Thomas Bros and Co of Everton, Liverpool published many comic Welsh cartoons (NLW album Photographic Album 2306B) but also some photographs of Welsh csotume.
Some of his postcards are printed ‘Llythyr Gerdyn (post card)’ on the back, with other text in Welsh.
Gore’s Liverpool Trade Directory gives the company’s address as 34, 36 and 37 Everton Road. John Thomas business was at 47 Everton Road at one time, although according to Emyr Wyn Jones (in Ysgubau’r Meddyg pp.64-82) he later moved to 68 Queen’s Road.
At least one of John Thomas‘ photographs, was published by Thomas Bros and Co of Everton, Liverpool.
