Body: A miniature wooden doll; painted black skull and hanging locks; legs articulated at thighs and knees; no arms, only loose sleeves (NLW)

Hat: none

Cap: silk with lace frill over a separate lace cap.

Height : 8.8.cms

General observations: possibly a baby for the doll D16

construction : A miniature wooden doll, with set of clothes comprised of: cap, dress, two underskirts. Painted black hair, curled around the face. The other facial features are black eyes and eyebrows, red lips and pink.It also has red shoes. The wood has also been varnished which has aged to a yellow colour. It has articulated legs, the arms are not visible but there appears to be part of an arm present on the x-ray.
